This event commemorates the yahrtzeit (anniversary of passing) of the
previous Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Joseph Isaac Schneersohn and
the anniversary of the leadership of his successor, The Lubavitcher Rebbe,
Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, of blessed memory. This special program
will include lunch, Torah insights, Chassidic songs, stories and L'chaim
toasts.  Join us for this moving and meaningful program.

RABBI ISRAEL GORDON
Known for his unique blend of old world Chassidism and New York
humor, Rabbi Israel Gordon was born in the Chassidic town of Dokshitz
where his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather had served as ritual
slaughterers. As a young boy, he arrived in the U.S. where he grew up in
the warm atmosphere of Lubavitch in its infancy in America. He now serves
as a Shliach in  Morristown NJ. A renowned educator and cantor, Rabbi
Gordon has been involved in Jewish communal leadership for over 60 years.
