CHABAD OF MIDTOWN HOSTS THOUSANDS AT GIANT SUKKAH IN MIDTOWN MANHATTAN
For the eighth year, Chabad Lubavitch of Midtown erected a giant Sukkah in Midtown serving thousands of people from all walks of life.
The Sukkah was on Fifth Avenue in front of The New York Public Library across the street from the Chabad Lubavitch Midtown Center. Centrally located between the transportation hubs of Times Square, Penn Station and Grand Central Station, the Sukkah was visited by thousands of business people, professionals, tourists, students and holiday revelers.
Rabbi Yehoshua Metzger, Director of Chabad of Midtown, thanks the Office of the Mayor, Commissioner Jonathan Greenspun, the Bryant Park Organization, and the staff and volunteers of Chabad of Midtown for their untiring efforts in making the Sukkah a great success.
The Sukkah was open daily from 7:00am until 10:00pm.
